We offer computer system repairs and maintenance for both hardware and software - Mac & Windows and all after hours when your business can best afford the downtime.

Where?

Anywhere in an approximate radius of 20km from the Sydney CBD is convenient. If you live outside this then our services may be a bit impractical but you might like to try us anyway - we welcome an enquiry.

When?

for	days	from	to

all	weekdays	5:30pm*	whenever you can stand it

* depending on where you are located and traffic

How much?

per 15 minutes or part thereof	$19.25
minimum charge	$20.00
travelling (per 30 minutes)	> 30 minutes	$20.00
pre-work data backup < 120 GB or < 1 hour whatever is less	$50.00

Pricing Policies

we may offer a fixed price to solve a problem on inspection
pre-work backup may not be necessary if you perform regular backups, if your data is not that important to you or if you decide that the risk of losing it is minimal however any data loss will then be your responsibility solely
fair-is-fair. If it takes us 2 hours to solve a problem that should have been solved in 1, then you pay for 1. You will not pay us to learn on the job
if your computer requires lengthy updates &/or scans, you may circumvent the hourly charge by allowing us to take your system away and performing those at our office. This way we can do other things concurrently and you will pay for only our active time, not our waiting time as well
no fix, no pay - not even the minimum charge
negotiation. If you are not happy, then within reason we are negotiable
