Terms and Conditions

• Each client is entitled to one FREE single one hour site assessment. Any time after this will be chargeable according to the pricing schedule. In this time web2work endeavour to give the client a general overview of the effectiveness of their existing site or a general outline of an anticipated site. Any advice given to clients during this time is of a general nature only and web2wok cannot be held liable for any damages caused by this advice.
• Setup is payable up front and is not refundable
• Work is provided on an hourly basis and is not refundable.
• Each page should take an hour or less on average for us to create. At our discretion we may negotiate an extra charge based on an hourly rate of $99 for any work exceeding an hour per page.
• We have an "all care, no responsibility" policy. In other words you agree not to hold us directly or indirectly liable for any damages whatsoever.
• Termination by either party may occur at any time with notice provided via email and stating the reasons for termination. Any work that is paid for remains the property of the customer.
